Works with Couples and Individuals.

I have a holistic and integrative approach through applying my diverse educational background in medical theory (Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland), neuroscience (University of Toronto), counselling psychology (Yorkville University), as well as research (University Health Network). By integrating these fields of study in a space of compassion, empathy and experience from my own journey, I can help you achieve your goals and find the change you want. I primarily work with ACT, EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, EFT, Gottman Method and IFS, but include a mix of other modalities to fit your personal needs. I have a special interest in exploring issues of cultural concern, and I look forward to working with you!
